They say that you shouldn’t fix something that isn’t broken. We all know that the classic recipe of spaghetti and meatballs is so good by itself that it doesn’t need any fixing.
Well this is one classic dish that got a twist I for one will stand behind! Spaghetti and Meatballs Muffin Bites!
You can wow your family or other guests with this take on the classic spaghetti dish. All you have to do is nestle some cooked spaghetti into a muffin tin and add some sauce and a meatball on each portion. The whole thing needs to be baked for a while, and the end result is simply too good to resist! Imagine your favorite dinner but in a nice bite sized portion—its just amazing!
Things You’ll Need:
• 6 ounces spaghetti
• 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
• Cooking spray
• 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
• 1 1/2 cups tomato-based pasta sauce
• Twelve 1-ounce meatballs, cooked
• Muffin Pan
In this video, Allrecipes use a standard muffin tin to make individual servings of spaghetti and meatballs. We first cook the pasta and then mix it together with grated Parmesan cheese to create nest-like cups. Nestle in pasta sauce and meatballs inside and send them into the oven, with an extra sprinkle of cheese.

I made these last night and they turned out amazingly well! I added an egg to keep them together and added a cube of cheese to some so there was a vegetarian option! I also used a mini muffin pan and voila!
