How To Play It
Atlantis Rising doesn’t have to be expensive to play, it costs only $0.20 at a minimum, to spin the reels. It can be costly though, if you can afford it, as wagers of up to $100 are possible.
You’re looking at 5×4 reels, so it’s a bigger than average game area, where you can find 25 active pay lines. To get a win, 3, 4 or 5 symbols need to be aligned on an active win line, beginning from the leftmost reel.
Special Features
One of the features that you’re likely to come across, is the Rising Wild. It looks like a bubble, which shows up in random locations, either in a regular or 2x multiplier form. When it lands, it starts moving up, one position at a time, until it leaves the reels. You get to use it for 1 or more paid spins then, and it can be helpful enough, particularly if you get the multiplier version, which doubles wins.
As the Rising Wilds are overlays, they can land on top of regular symbols. If that happens for the top-paying Compass icon, a Wild Blast will occur. This transforms all adjacent symbols into regular or multiplier wilds (they don’t rise though).
Wild symbols are going to be substitutes usually, but with the Wild Blast helping out, it’s possible to create combinations of their own, and they pay as much as the Compass does.
You do get free spins as well, but only if you have a minimum of 3 Trident symbols scattered around. With 10 to 20 bubble picks delivered by these scatters, you make your selections and you can get up to 5 free spins or up to 3 extra picks, from each one. There is even the possibility to retrigger the free spins.
Maximum Payouts
This is not the sort of slot machine that you’d expect to become rich in. 500x the stake is the most that’s promised for a single spin, and even those rounds are not very likely to occur. On the other hand, it also has low-medium volatility, so there is little risk for your balance in the short run. RTP is set to 96.20%, which I’m also OK with.
