The setup is a classic by now, at least for the Megaways category. It’s using 6 reels, on which the number of symbols is decided at random, 2 to 7 being added to each one. Special Features
With Pegasus as the slot’s wild, you will find that the appearance of such symbols in view, will result in a feature called Falling Wilds Re-Spin. The new wild will go down by one position each re-spin, until it leaves the game area completely. Additional wilds which land along the way, can add to the number of re-spins. This feature ends only once you run out of visible wilds.
Because of the Falling Wild mechanic, it’s entirely possible to get a new wild to land on top of an existing one. If that happens, a Wild on Wild bonus triggers, where the wild expands and occupies all positions on that reel. It could mean as many as 7 wilds, depending on the number of symbols present there at the time. Since it will be a Falling Wild, it could give you up to 7 re-spins.
A scatter, the one showing a hand with a thunderbolt, is a trigger for free spins, should it land 4 to 6 times. You get 10 to 20 free spins this way, with expanding wilds being used on all reels where they land.
As an extra, there are three types of coins which you collect, and once 5 of the same type are obtained, a prize of 10x to 500x the stake will be paid.

They removed the progressive jackpot which made the original a good choice, and instead they went with bigger regular rewards, as is usually the case in Megaways games. Instead, they went with an excellent top payout of 25,000x the stake. Volatility is only medium, and the RTP is 96.09%.
Summary
I think that Divine Fortune Megaways can be a decent alternative to the original slot, though the players that tried that one out, mostly liked its progressive jackpot, and here it’s no longer available. It’s a different game in almost every way, but they kept the graphics and some of the mechanics.
