How To Play It
With only 1 line to use, the game will not ask for much of you. $0.20 is the minimum wager that you can use, and then you may go up to $25 per spin.
Foxpot offers a single active line, with 3 symbols visible on it. If the first 3 reels have matching symbols, or if they’re combined with wilds and manage to form a combo that way, then the 4th reel comes into play as well. The multipliers landing there will apply, giving the win a boost.
Special Features
The Fox Wild is among the big symbols that you will use in this game. Form combinations of 3 symbols with them, and get the top prize. Otherwise, they’re used as replacement symbols, and may help you get wins of lower value.
The multipliers landing on the 4th reel have a random value, boosting wins by either 2x or 3x. These are not guaranteed, since you may not get a fully visible one each spin.
Another big symbol, is the one marked with the Bonus logo. It’s useful even if you only get it once, but ideally you would want all 3, since it gives you access to more levels of the Wheel of Fortune.
The Wheel has three levels, for the 1 to 3 spins received from 1-3 Bonus symbols. The first one gets you a regular cash prize, the second one applies a multiplier to it, while the third gives you a chance for a respin of all the wheels. This means that you can get paid multiple times. Up to 10,000x the stake can be delivered by the Wheel, requiring that you get a 1,000x payout on the first spin, and a 10x multiplier (maximum) from the second one.
Maximum Payouts
As I just mentioned above, 10,000x the stake is the highest that Foxpot will go, when delivering its prizes. You need the bonus feature to get that much, and obviously it’s not a guarantee that it will happen even then. Regular wins will pay up to 40x the stake per line, or as much as 120x when multipliers kick in on reel 4.
It’s a slot with medium-high volatility, which places a big emphasis on the bonus feature. RTP wise, it’s set to 96.31%, which I consider sufficient.
Summary
Foxpot looks good, and it is a slot machine which manages to make an impression, despite the fact that it has classic roots. Looking at its fruit symbols, it might be hard to imagine, but most of the focus here is on the game area and the way the wheel takes over most of the screen.
