How To Play It
The bet menu screen offers values to choose from, and while the minimum is at a very low $0.10, the maximum bet will require $100 per spin.
Whatever your bet may be, the game will give you 15 active lines, to form combinations on. The basis is a setup with 5×3 reels. 3 or more symbols are needed, to form a combo on one of those lines. While some of the features are exciting, they’re not unusual or unique to this game, so it’s easy enough to figure it all out.
Special Features
First of all, the Full Moon Wild is noteworthy in more ways than one. It’s a substitute, which may be used in that role, but which will also have a multiplier. The multiplier value corresponds to the reel number, so a wild can boost wins by 1x to 5x. If more than one wild is part of a combo, their values are multiplied. If you get the wilds on reels 2-5, plus a regular symbol on reel 1, the total multiplier would be 120x (2x3x4x5). Absolutely impressive, and one of the better features available to you.
Next, let’s take a look at the scatter. It’s showing us a teal-colored statue of the Money Frog, which has a gold coin in its mouth. Having 3, 4 or 5 such symbols in view, will result in 8, 12 or 16 free spins.
During the free spins, you get to collect new scatters, and each one will add 1 extra spin to the total. Whenever you get to 3 collected scatters, an extra random wild will start getting placed on the reels. You can have up to 3 wilds on the reels of every free spin.
One more great thing about the free spins, is that all your wins in this mode will bring with them Sticky Respins. The non-winning symbols are the ones involved in the respin, and the game keeps going through this for as long as you keep getting new winning symbols.
Maximum Payouts
The rewards are excellent, at least their potential is, and we’re promised that up to 10,000x the stake can be paid by Jin Chan’s Pond of Riches. As a downside, I would mention the high volatility and the very low RTP of 94.27%.
Summary
The game appears to have a lot to offer, if we go by features and top jackpot alone, but I feel like the very low RTP will keep most of its players away. It’s just too big of a difference between Jin Chan’s Pond of Riches and other slots, unfortunately.
