The Little Chief Hotel Restaurant offers a wealthy variety of wines, craft beers, and super fun and creative cocktails. The cocktails are takes on ‘The Ceasar’ which was created in 1969 and was invented as a signature drink for Calgary Inn’s new Italian Restaurant. Aside from the vast drink menu at The Little Chief Hotel Restaurant, dining options include smoked venison, bison, specialty breads, warm soups, fresh salads, and hearty beef, salmon, and other main options. There is both an indigenous inspired menu as well as a hotel classics menu to celebrate both the Tsuu T’Ina Nation as well as a simpler palette.
The Excecutive Chief notes “Land to food—emphasizing the original farm to table,” an enriching tagline to the menu. Don’t forget about the decadent dessert menu with chocolate experiences and specialty coffee and other drinks. Happy hour is daily from 3-6 pm. The Casino Buffet Dinner includes a wide variety of breakfast specials, tastes of the world, Pan-Asian night, prime rib night, seafood, and a Sunday brunch. Prices here range from $7.99 for the breakfast special to the higher end of $39.99 for the seafood night.
The Stage Bar is a high energy entertainment venue. Enjoy a drink, the HD televisions, live music, and more.
